• OVERVIEW

  • Y701 has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure built to Lloyd’s classification and MCA compliance by Dutch heavyweight Oceanco. Delivered in 2007, her elegantly angular exterior, by Italian studio Nuvolari & Lenard, conceals a considerable internal volume of 2,310GT designed by Paris-based stylist Alberto Pinto. Y701 welcomes up to 18 guests in nine comfortable and well-thought suites.
  • As a beloved family yacht, she has been meticulously maintained and upgraded and presents in wonderful condition. • SUN DECK

  • Expansive deck spaces include a sun deck with glass-backed pool and sunpads forward, dayhead with shower, skylights over the elevator serving bridge to lower decks and lounge seating aft.

• BRIDGE DECK

  • The bridge deck aft is a versatile space. There is a sun lounge with chef station and sit-up bar as well as open-air dining shaded by the overhang. A double VIP cabin with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe looks out onto this area. Walkaround side decks enhance guests’ connection with their surroundings.

• UPPER DECK

  • On the upper deck, the owner’s suite takes up almost half of it. It features a private owner’s lounge with office, his-and-hers bathroom around a huge central bath, very large walk-in wardrobe and a bedroom with access to a Portuguese bridge and private terrace with two jacuzzis.
  • The owner’s ensuite is equipped with a vast bathtub and an Italian shower with double entrance. Natural light enters the room for a calm and relaxing moment.

• MAIN DECK

  • On the main deck, guests have the luxurious choice between two VIP suites, each with double ensuite bathrooms, two twins heading forward, or a spacious full beam VIP cabin with a bath and shower ensuite.
  • There is a wellness spa featuring a gym with spectacular views aft through a semi-circle of sliding glass doors, buffet and bar, medical room, beauty salon, massage room and dayhead. An enormous main saloon features a variety of seating areas and doubles as a cinema with drop-down projector. The main deck is also walkaround and guests moving forward pass the boat deck where two 9.5m (31.2ft) tenders are launched on horizontal davits.

• LOWER DECK

  • The lower deck has two double suites forward of the lobby, which has its own sea terrace. Her lower deck crew quarters sleep 22 crew, in addition to the double Captain’s cabin on the bridge deck. There is also a full-beam tender and toy garage aft.

Y701’s huge, sweeping deck spaces include a sun deck with abundant space for sunbathing and a glass-backed pool with contra-flow. With a variety of al-fresco dining spaces and bars, flawless service is never far away. While there’s every opportunity to socialize, the incredible Owner’s apartment, also features its own private terrace with not one, but two Jacuzzis away from it all, totally private and not at all overlooked by the decks above. Enjoying on-the-water activities is made easy too thanks to a large swim platform, complete with shower, dayhead and dressing room.

The long toys list features all the must-have items for guaranteed good times on the water. Speed demons and thrill seekers won’t be disappointed by the impressive line up of motor toys while the thoughtful explorers of the group have a range of paddle boards at their disposal for leisurely excursions.
