Many of the world’s most prominent yachts are designed in The Netherlands. These designs can be elegant, sturdy, classic or contemporary but always inspire. No matter what style they apply, Dutch studios put their hearts and souls into each project and therefore have dictated industry standards for decades. For example, in 2020, ten Dutch yacht builders, naval architects and designers took home a third of the nineteen awards of the BOAT International Design & Innovation contest.
